Adding more troops UNDER THE CONDITIONS OUTLINED BY THE PRESIDENT, and all those fancy slides he didn't show off (but they're there you just have to search for them and no I am not joking), will win Iraq, if that's the term that suites you.

However, in all honesty, it's seems a bit dreamy to think that the rebel-insurgent-terrorists will lay down their arms and sing cum-baye-ya anytime soon just because the Yankees are coming. But the way the plan is laid out, and yes there is a plan this time which should make you happy, no matter what the rebel-insurgent-terrorists posture is... we can crush them.

Even more dreamy is to think that we will stick to the realistic, level headed plan that is adopted by the President's Administration; because hey, when does anybody ever stick to the level headed plan? Haven't you ever watched a movie?

Ironic, I am. Hypocritical, I am. Wise, I am. To admit so, yes; wise, I am.

Apple is quite literally as I write announcing it's iPhone which it will call as such no matter the other product out there with that name.

In the days ahead a critical decision will be made in our nations Iraq War policy. This decision is expected by many to be an increase in America’s presence on the ground in Iraq. Whitehouse officials are privately telling reporters that this military increase will only be around 20,000 more troops and no more then 30,000.

But to what end does this means address?

President Bush, not being the most articulate of fellows, has never clearly defined a goal in the Iraq War. A careful (or even careless) study of America’s past wars shows that every single one had an end. In Vietnam and Korea the means to get there was insufficient. In the First Gulf War the end was allowed to remain. And now today in this the Second Gulf War what is the end? And above all else… prove it.

What I mean to say is that if our end is to provide a secure Iraq then what “exactly” have we done to achieve that? I would surmise an argument to be that we sent troops there to route out the insurgents. To me that’s like saying you peeled and orange. But the question is did you eat it? Today Iraq stands less “secure” then it did when Saddam was in power.

So, either our end is not to have a secure Iraq or we just haven’t met such an end (therein our means being incorrect). Let us examine the later, why haven’t we met such an end at this time? Now if the President and all the President’s men believe that sending more troops will make Iraq secure. Then the question is what those extra troops will do, “exactly do,” that the present soldiers haven’t already done. And that’s a pretty legitimate question that I don’t think anybody has an “intelligent answer” too.

However we can re-examine our secure Iraq “end,” if you will, and state that our end is to instead stand up and support Iraqi forces to secure Iraq for themselves. If this is the end then one should ask, what have been doing for the past 4 or so years? And how will adding 20,000 more troops achieve this end? It may in my opinion alleviate some of the pressure on the current troops on the ground in Iraq, but then again I question this own argument because if the end is just to “support” the Iraqi forces then there shouldn’t be much “pressure.”

If a teacher’s job is too ultimately support the student, in every way the teacher knows how, then ultimately the pressure on getting a good grade wrests on my shoulders. The teacher just needs to do their job. To get back to Iraq, either we aren’t doing our job or the Iraqi forces are incompetent. If we aren’t doing our job then the means to the end is the problem, however if the Iraqi forces are incompetent then the end is broken and the means might as well be non-existent.

Obviously if American citizens’ can’t even point their collective finger at the same end then something is wrong; furthermore if that isn’t ‘obvious’ you should re-evaluate the term democracy. The President in a few days will come out with a new Iraq War strategery. However what he, other politicians, and Generals don’t understand is that American’s didn’t volunteer to go and fight as some pawns in a badly set chess game. And yes it is after all an all volunteer army. They have volunteered to ultimately die, if need be, for their country and what exactly have they died for so far? To secure Iraq? To help Iraqi’s secure Iraq? To establish a functioning government in Iraq? To unite Iraq? To stop sectarian killing? To build up Iraq’s infrastructure? To start up Iraq’s economy? What exactly have they fought for? It’s easy to say they fought and died for their country and leave it be at that noble thing. But when one asks what exactly did they die fight for? One can hardly respond with securing America…

Saddam Hussein Al-WhoGivesACrap Is Dead

I grew up watching the first war with this guy. I grew watching the pictures of the dead Kurds. I grew up watching the oil fires. And now a man who started 3 regional wars is dead.

His death while largely inconsequential strikes a certain cord in the hearts of millions of people around the world and it is that cord that vibrates strong enough to make the most consequential event in 2006.

In anycase, I can't find words to share anymore. I feel I have shared enough, enough of who I am, because afterall that's what this blog was for. It was to act as a log for history to look back on and say that's what he stood for. Well guess what this is what I stand for.

I don't know what the future will hold for this little thing here. I might jump onto something better as time progresses. I might come back and start furiously stamping out an ideological message to the masses (or to the few).

Ney, I probably will comeback and it's just a matter of time.

I think everybody needs to get off there undecutaed unwise high horse and stop with the bullshitting. That's all - I am tired, annoyed, and well annoyed.

A ten year old said it best: "I just don't understand why people don't get the concept."

Iraq War - War's are not decided by Politicians in suites OR Generals as much Political pawns then they are Generals. FDR's Congress didn't roll around lobbing war plans left and right. The battles on the gournd are won and fought by the commanders on the ground. So here is a sound war strategy, let them decide how to secure this, that, and the other thing. As for the country... Creating one central government that divides oil revenues equally among three sperate Republics, effectivly creating the Federation of Iraq - Sunni, Shi'ia, Kurd my name is Al-bins Martdea I'll be your guide, on your left you'll find an IED please do touch.
Illegal Immigration - Is not a redneck's crusade against Mexicans. Illegal Immigration isn't a 'your with us or against us' issue, in fact your damn near unwise if you are choosing sides. We need foreign nationals to pick our food and make our buildings. They need our money and save stealing it from us they are working for it, because the white rich basterd Mexicans (yes there are white Mexicans) who make up the elite of the god forsaken country don't give a damn about those crossing the border. To them they are all lower classes, peasents. However, we don't need Mexican's drugs, gangs, arms dealings, and crime... because that's what we are also getting. Just look at a penetentiary, you'll see few white people there and those Mexicans came from somewhere and it wasn't America.
Global Warming - Facts, as they are called, cloud this issue more then anything. One doesn't have to be a 4.0 Dr. to understand that the weather outside isn't what it was like in your mother's time. Furthermore one doesn't need to be a 4.0 Dr. to understand that the amount of materials we consume are finite. Therefore here is a solution to global warming. STOP WARMING THE GLOBE. Education - I am a student, I have final say on this issue... we are all collectivly dumber the sooner the government admits that the sooner we get off our truly lazy American rears and learn a bit or two about life.

House Speaker-Elect Nancy Pelosi has thrown Rep. Jack Murtha's name around for House Majority Leader. On one hand Murtha wants the immediate pullout from Iraq. On the other hand during the 110th Congress he lobbied heavily for Republicans. The Republicans wanted Murtha to lobby for Democratic votes to stop certain Democratic legistlation from passing.

So tell me? How does a guy who stopped Democratic legistlation from seeing the day of light in the House, qualify as the Democratic Majority Leader?

Are people Stupid? Yes

Are those the only ones we seem to elect? Yes

The Democrats Win (that's the only witty title I could think of)

So, the Democrats won. (This would be a good time to read what I think about Democrats).

The only surprising thing I thought of this election were the amount of non Democratic and Republican ideals floating around. Republicans are yelling that Pelosi is the liberal lady from San Francisco, that wants to cut taxes for the middle class....yeah because that's real liberal.

On top of all else you've got Republican states voting for Democratic candidates for Congress. It's safe to say that a good percentage of what was once the Republican's "base" has shifted toward the Democrats, and the Democrats have adjusted there rhetoric to suite. Only time will tell if the Democrats actually act on their blabbering.

Some interesting things to come...

Who will replace Ambassador Bolton?

Who will replace the few remaining old people on the Supreme Court?

Will the Democrats enact a plan to partition Iraq under one central Government that equally shares the oil revenue?

Will Pelosi put former Impeached Federal Judge - turned Representative in charge of the House Committee on Intelligence? She voted to impeach also, for bribery and what not, while on the bench.

Will Pelosi enact the first 100 hours of bills she said she would? Will the House vote for them? Will the media talk about them? Will the people care?

Wellps that's all I can think of at the moment. It's a lot to think about... Though I personally am looking forward to President Bush's next State of the Union speech. Right behind him will be sitting Vice President Cheney and good God Pelosi, the first women to ever sit there. Now that's going to be an interstice speech.

Hacking Democracy

HBO aired a documentary regarding the ability of one to "hack" the electronic voting system in order to change the outcome. There are two different types of electronic voting.

- Electronic Counting Machines, these take paper ballots and count them via electronic means. Once done the machines store the results on a conventional memory card. They also print a receipt in the end based off what the memory card has stored. This memory card is then taken from all the different precincts in the county and tabulated on one central computer.

- Electronic Touchscreens, votes are cast via a computer interface WITH NO paper receipt declaring the computer understood what you voted for. So take the above process and replace paper ballot with touchscreen interface. The memory cards from all precincts are taken to one central computer to be tabulated.

This memory card process is used by 80% of the country. All one has to do is get hold of a memory card (which can either be done by the poll worker or a method called stealing). If you get a memory card before the election takes place you must enter a negative number for the candidate you want to loose, this insures that any vote cast for them is deducted out of a negative value therefore not giving the candidate a positive vote. If one gets hold of the memory card after the ballots are cast then one simply changes the amount of votes already cast; the downside being if you are using an electronic vote counting machine method the votes have a paper trail...but who cares to count by hand is another story. Either way the memory card is a problem.

What can one do to insure that memory cards cannot be tampered with? This is what Diebold, Sequoia, and ECS (or whatever the acronym is) should be asking themselves. Oh, here is damn easy answer. DON'T USE A CONVENTIONAL MEMORY CARD. This inhibits any persons from tampering with the result. Hell I can plug in one of these memory cards into my own laptop and make myself President.

The memory card is only one method of altering votes but it is the most direct without leaving too much evidence behind that you have done something illegal.

The GEMS software used by the central tabulator, and used by 40% of the country, can also be "hacked." However if one were to compare the central tabulator receipt to the sum total of the receipts from each precinct they would not match. Then again how people will care to do this...

The point being there are so many different ways, at so many different times in the election process, and at any day of the year to change the votes cast. I cannot comprehend why any human being would design a voting system that is designed to run perfectly one day of the year when it can't even run securely any other day of the year. Diebold claims that all the different hacks would be virtually impossible to carry out on election day. Well I have to ask wtf? I am putting the lives of millions of Americans, who died so I could vote one day of the year, on the line just because you say the machines will work on election day? Again WTF? A voting machine should be tamper proof, hack proof, and ultimately secure EVERY SINGLE GOD DAMN DAY OF THE YEAR. What part of that is so hard to understand?

Those to blame: The FEC, Diebold, Sequoia, ECS, and stupid Poll Workers/Election Officials.

I almost had a serious emotional response which may have involved the tear ducts when this documentary was done. I mean wtf...

Midterms

I'm done with one type of Midterm only to come around to another type. Of course I am referring to the Midterm Elections. Some say that this is a historically significant turning point for the country.

Elect a Democrat and everything will be set right - magically or something like that. Elect a Republican and continue with the American Dream...crap. Honestly us stupid Americans need to wake up and smell the freshly brewed Brazilian grown coffee served at Starbucks (because God knows who actually makes coffee at home these days), no politician save 5 out of 500 are going to do anything for you. No matter how many times you re-elect them they aren't going to represent your sorry rear end.

Ultimately it's our fault. I mean what incentive does a 6 figure-making politician have to represent us lazy Americans who can't pick up a phone or understand the concept of writing words through pen and paper (my self included - call me a hypocrite all you want) and TELL (yes tell as in a boss tells his employee) our elected Representative what we feel our elected Representative should be doing for us. It's our fault for not using our Freedoms of Speech in every avenue and street corner, by ever front porch and every telephone booth, by every cell phone and television set around us.

So by all means be a Republican or Democrat and keep chasing this fantasy of a perfect world where everybody is just dandy and Muslims everywhere sing kum-bay-yah my Lord with the rest of the Planet. They say a common sign for a mental illness is that one keeps doing the same thing, the same way, over and over again, and not getting results whilst not attempting any other approach to what one wants. I guess Americans have a collective mental illness (to the glee of the Europeans who pretend to have known this all along).

ahead of his press confrence.

"Hey Baloni," the Bush said.

"Uh, Sir it's Maliki," said an aide sitting not to far from the President.

"Yeah, so, Maliki I am thinking we not Stay the Course anymore,"

Ask a Defeatocrat, I mean Democrat

Why the hell would I vote for a party that has the most screwed up policy known to man?

Why should I vote for a party that wants to raise my taxes? At one point my parents were paying more then half of there overall income - that doesn't make sense - part of it has to do with California Tax System, but Democrats are Democrats no matter where they decide to idiotically place there laws.

How does pulling out of Iraq solve any problems? What will the terrorists do?Twiddle their thumbs?

Why do you complain about the issues, but never provide solutions to the issues? Leave the complaining to the Republicans, they do at least something right.

Democrats are really good for anything. They aren't progressive, they are reclusive. They talk a lot about problems but never do anything about them. Sure nothing ever happened under Clinton's reign, but did you ever thing maybe that's because everyone was preparing to do something while Clinton looked on?

Your main arguments for any conversation is:
-Your changing the subject...
-Bush is dumb
-Pull out of Iraq

Great so how about fixing Social Security, Healthcare, Drug/Weapon/Criminal trafficking across our WIDE GODDAMN OPEN BORDERS, proper equipment for our troops (we don't pay taxes for nothing, and I mean that quite literally we don't pay taxes for "nothing").

You once were the party of Hope, you were once a party for change, a party for a new future. A party the stood up for the poor and lower classes. Today your a party filled with lost souls. All the hope has been drained out of your coffers. Even if you win Congress there is no guarantee you will do anything with it. In fact there is no point in you winning Congress at all. You don't have a plan going into the thing, why would I vote for someone with no agenda, no goals?

Though I have learned some interesting things about my last name. Which if you couldn't guess was Toor.

Barring any translational errors, there appears to be a quite diverse variety of Toor's.

For example there are German Toor's or rather "van Toor." There are Muslim Toor's as well and they don't even live anywhere close to India (this is to disassociate one from the fact that there are Muslims in India). Then there are Hindu Toor's. Finally there are Sikh Toor's like myself. To top it all off there is a Frances Toor, a reporter and author (btw I think she is Latin).

What does it all mean, where did we all come from, do we all share the same last name because that's how it happens to translate into English? Interesting stuff...

Ask A Republican....

In this year's Nov. 7th elections I will be voting for Republicans, only because Democrats cannot come up with anything better then Republicans are dumb so vote for me.

Or I might vote for the independent candidate on the ballot, and count the eggs in my basket. This scenario will seem much more likely after I write this.

That's because I challenge any Republican to answer me these questions, keeping in mind they have held both Houses of Congress for the past

1) Why did you make Congress work for only 89 days out of 365? Even after millions of Americans you represent work at least 340 days of the year?

2) Why did you give your self thousands of dollars worth of pay raises over the last 6 years? Even after the National Minimum Wage cannot meet the needs of a majority of the people, the same people constitution says you will represent.

3) Why do you pass a border fence that covers less then half of the border, and then only decide to fund half of that? Which if you can't do the math is much less then a quarter of the border. Why even foot a useless bill? Why not use your time wisely? Are you as dumb as the Democrats say you are? (That was like more then one question so I will give you credit if you can't answer them all).

4) Why spend hundreds of billions of dollars, when you see no clear signs of improvement for the MAJORITY of Iraqis? I know some can go to school now, some can use the electricity, some can go out in the street, some can practice religion freely, some can use the freedom of speech. But how does all that some explain the many? How does hundreds of billions of dollars justify a man's vote for a government full of American made candidates the voter didn't have a choice but to support?

5) How come you don't know the difference between a Sunni and Shi'ite? For that matter why don't you pass a bill mandating that Federal Government Agents know that difference?

6) Why do you treat Christians as a flock of sheep? Just because Jesus said it doesn't mean it applies to you... It means Jesus said you are my flock not go out and make flocks so people can mindlessly control you...

Republicans get a life. Your boring, dull, (half-gay) duds. You once spoke of Justice for the people. You once spoke of a Government that meant something. Today you speak of Christian pride, your superpower like ability to stop Terrorism (worked great for America not so well for the rest of the planet), your endless commitment to the Economy (and rather negligence of the microeconomy), and a whole bunch of other nonsense. A majority of American don't gives a damn if gays are married or if Terri Shiavo gets pulled from a feeding tube... there are more pressing issues and if you can't find them, then admit your ignorance and step aside.

Tomorrow I will ask Democrats questions all the while railing them on their incompetence to do anything but call Republicans dumb and say pulling out will solve all our problems.

Why We Went To War - Pt. 2

Below is a continuation of yesterday. Look here, if you don't agree with the sentiment presented here, join the club I don't either, but just because it seems insane, it doesn't sound right, you don't want to believe it, doesn't mean it's not true. Then again it could very well be not true. It's for you decide. I personally would rather be mad that our President went to War because he, his administration, and foreign leaders believed these countries were hostile - and war was the only solution, a poorly planned one at that. I refuse to believe that the reason we went to War was because of WMD's, a certain object that was never tangible to begin with, and our President knew that. The IAEA knew that and they said so. I can't emphasis enough, that you believe what you want to. I know what I know, what do you know? ask your self...

Exploring Freedom, the Wrong Kind
Now out of the countries listed, they have to be “free” in order to attack America and/or its interests (like I've said to a certain friend an American interest could be one fish swimming around in the Indian Ocean, it could be anything). Free means that the country is not bound to other countries either politically, historically, economically, or religiously. Out of the list only three present themselves by such guidelines – Iraq, Iran, and North Korea. In blue or parenthesis you will clearly see the reason the other countries are not capable or willing to attack America or American interests. So why is each one Free?

Iran being the ring leader has the most freedom. They clearly want the capability to attack America, and already have the capability to attack American interests. There is no other country besides America (allies excluded) that opposes Iran. They are free to carry out whatever they pretty much please to do (sanctions are not a deterrent – they are pieces of non-actionable paper).

North Korea, while allied with the powerful China, has enough military might to promote a formidable force the Chinese would need to defeat, if they ever had to. Therefore with no one but America in it’s way, the DPRK is entirely free to go about its business, take the recent nuclear tests as an example… the punishment they got… sanctions that make them poorer then they already are, which I don’t think is really possible.

Finally Iraq, because this nation was not allied to any other in its respective region they were a threat to American interests. They had already once attempted to disrupt such interests and they were entirely capable to do so again. If you can’t see this fact then your still stuck on WMD’s, quite simply those were laid on the table because the table needed something tangible for us to go to War with. WMD’s provided such table cover, while the “simple fact” of Iraq’s dangerous dictatorship was not enough.

War
These three nations needed to be eliminated (ask President Bush, he believes it is his job to do so, that's a hard figure to believe but the truth is harder to believe then a lie). Not physically, every citizen of said countries do not need to be killed off, but their nobility needed to be removed. Nobility stands for the top of the social pyramid (thanks HIST 214). Nobility doesn't mean what it meant before, there are no people walking around in robes with gold chains or anything (unless you count whatever Lil'Kim does at night). But I think you get the picture.

Now out of the three nations, it had to be weighed which one would prove the least hardest to destroy. Obviously by example (the first Gulf War) Iraq was the easiest. Here is where the quaint idea of Free Radicals diverges from dealing with them. We thought Iraq would be the easiest of the three nations to dismantle, well it was, however building it back up wasn't on our agenda. We built Germany because they had seen the horrors of war, daily bombing from country side to cities. The Germans were tired of war they wanted to rebuild (granted there were a few that opposed but in proportionality they were less then those opposing in Iraq today). Japan wanted to rebuild because honestly when you kill a couple hundred thousand people in a second, your might it noticed.

When we went into Iraq, we didn't understand the culture, we didn't understand the heritage, we didn't understand the religion.

Fine they may be Free Radicals, but we underestimated them. We thought they would be easy to conquer. They have proved difficult. More difficult then Iran or North Korea? No, less, but above the likes of which a whole generation of Americans had ever seen. If you follow that argument, then you’re good, if you don't well that's too bad.

Conclusion
There is none. There is no conclusion, however there is this.

Why We Went To War?

We went because this President, his Administration, Foreign Leaders, elements of the Shi'ite community, naive Americans believed it had to be done.

They believed that Free Radical Nations had to be destroyed FOR FUTURE GENERATIONS of Americans (and American Interests) to be safeguarded from potential threats.

Don't like it? Tough luck. Life doesn't revolve around answers that suite one's liking. But then again I just pulled this out of my rear. Made up the term. However the term just connected the dots, the dots that were already there.

Why We Went To War

From day one I could never believe that America went to war for basically no reason at all. So in this document I will attempt to put a logical sound reason to that. I am not making this up... all of it has been said and may be said again in the future. All I am doing is tying it together in some coherent fashion. A fashion that perhaps this adminstration doesn't want you to know about. I mean going to war because of WMD's sounds better then we're going to war because it has to be done (oh and P.S. God told me). The term I use is Free Radicals. This term sums up why we went to war, why we may go to war again, and why Iran and North Korea were apart of the Axis of Evil the President still stands by. The following is part one...

Introduction
Free Radicals. This term is used by me to describe why we really went to war with Iraq, why Iran and DPRK were on the Axis of Evil when the two were barely on any American’s radar before the prolific phrase was used, and why no other country matters.

I’ve been wondering about the Axis of Evil, and the whole notion of going to war with Iraq since the first mention of the phrase, as well as the whole notion of these non-existing WMD’s in Iraq. What “wondered” me was the fact that why would anybody go to war, for when it came down to it, the simple act of going to war (since there were no WMD’s). It didn’t make sense, so I set out to make sense out of it. Hoping (and to this day I hope) that my solution would make the War in Iraq, and the Axis of Evil a sensical idea. Some may call it barking up the wrong tree to the same end, but I call it the story that was never told. In my hypothesis, the President needed a reason to go to war, and saying that Iraq was a radical nation wasn’t a good enough reason (because there dozens upon dozens of those).

Exploring Radicals
The two worded term I use sums up the Axis of Evil. Free Radicals: Radicals stand for the notion of radicalism both Islamic and Political. There are a handful of radical nations. For example, Venezuela is a Politically Radical nation. Where one country is a Radical Islamic nation, it is by default radical in political terms as well. So taking this into account one (assuming one would be the President’s Higher Level Administration) looks at all the nations of the world. Individually scrutinizes them and characterizes which are Enemies of America AND Radical. Let’s list some that come to every Americans mind (Enemy is both a moderate and extreme term, and describes either the people or the government):

China
Venezuela
Saudi Arabia
Pakistan
Syria
Lebanon
Palestine
Sudan
Somalia
Cuba
Iran
North Korea (DPRK)
Iraq

Now let’s take this list and group these Radical countries by their connections to each other, besides the fact they all are enemies and besides the fact they are all radicals.

Cuba/Venezuela (While Venezuela and Cuba hate our guts, Venezuela is tied to the U.S. to buy their oil and Cuba won’t go where ever Venezuela won’t, so they are essentially not a direct threat to America or American Interest)

Iran (Ring Leader of the below groups, all of whom are willing to attack American interests)
Syria (Answers to Iran)
Lebanon (The terroristic populace of this country answers to Iran and Syria)
Palestine (Ideals supported by the above countries)

Sudan / Somalia (Can you say Black hawk down?... However they are not capable of attacking America or American interest, unless we try to land some black hawks again)

Saudi Arabia / Pakistan (While the people of these countries would like to see America destroyed, the ruling dictatorships of each country would not allow such a thing to happen, as long as they are in control. They are grouped together because they are both dictatorships with control over there people)

North Korea/China (While North Korea and China only share communistic ideals that would be enough for them to ally with one another, however China is too bogged in trade with other countries including the U.S. and it’s allies in order to attack America or American interests. North Korea on the other hand is entirely willing, had, and could attack American interests)

Iraq (Plain and simple, Iraq unlike Syria and Co. answered to no one, they pledged allegiance to themselves – which made them extremely dangerous. With that in mind, they were entirely willing, had, and could attack American interests…including oil interests)

Above one can see the list for capable and competent radical enemies of America, the rest simply don’t matter, because they either are incompetent, already monitored (and therefore not “free” radicals), or allied/neutral to America.

I hope that was coherent...Tomorrow I will explore the free aspect of the Free Radical term, or unbound to any other nation. This makes them a prime threat toward America and American Interests.

It is the simple fact that we are all citizens of the same flag. This hallowed ground serves as the motherland for a many generations, and if 300 million means anything, many more generations to come.

No matter your location in the entire Universe you are American, a part of nation of peoples. Quite simple. You don't go somewhere and say, hello I am a Republican.

What I am trying to say, be proud, very proud, of what you are - an American - not what class of American you belong to. Because in the end game it doesn't even matter, we are all looked at through the same spy glass.

While the Planet's nations scramble to confirm North Korea's nuclear test, one - such as myself - wonders what will the future now be like.

The options stand at three.

1) Nothing will happen, days will go on and North Korea will be sanctioned to the point where its people are dirt poor and starving (like they are now, so not much change).

2) Sanctions will take place that blockades North Korea so nothing gets in and nothing gets out. China would participate with its border with North Korea. However what outcome this produces is not something favorable to the U.S. or the international community.

3) Military action will take place. However this require Chinese approval. Whether China will agree to such measures or not is not known. The regime of Norht Korea will be removed and the country will either be assimilated into South Korea with U.S. aid to build up the north to a more 21st century standard. There is achance that the Chinese will take the moment to seize control over North Korea, which would get the immediate Asian community angry and could make more enemies.

Battlestar Galactica

Nork Nukes Knocking

The Norkish Foreign Minister told the World, from Australia, that the Norks are ready to test a Nuke. The FM said the test would be in wake of "provocative war[like]" action being taken by the U.S. In actuality we just wanted some economic sanctions, no provocation there.

In reality this is just a ploy by the Norks to attract attention back to the themselves. The more attention on the the Norks the more, I don't know, missiles they can sell? Yeah, I am not quite sure how they benefit since the world don't give em much lovin anyways.

Furthermore it should be said that many in the U.S. defense community believe that a test wouldn't be much of a surprise. Rice (the person not the food) said that any nuclear tests undertaken by the North Koreans (because she would never say Norks) would be a provocative action (she must of read the FM press release).

South Korea bumped up there DefCon status (not that they have DefCons in SK).

John Mayor shouldn't of wrote a song entitled Waiting for the World to Change. He should of wrote "Waiting for the World to End, again."

Life

In all its aspects life begins in the most singular form. It races forth from one cell, to two cells, three... a billion cells. Interconnected to form a being of intelligence. A being of living, breathing, thinking intertwined cells bound by the same fate.

Life is what we call it. By some regards a being does not need to think in order to live, but in anycase a being needs to live in order to think. The Hindus, Buddhists, and most others from South Asia believe our human beings are only a vessel for our soul, where thinking connects the soul to the body. When one dies the connection is severed. Christians and Muslims believe that the body is a vessel, but what is carried is instead a being that will one day transcend the heavenly void between Earth and the Sky, to reside there with the stars and God.

It's hard to imagine, where in all the Holy texts, in all the philosophical teachings, in all the world's minds... Life's origin's exist as some registered "fact" in one's own mind. We were never told in elementary school the origin of life. We were just told we evolved from primates, and that's an excuse as good as any. Those with a Christian background believe humans "started" with Adam and Eve. When the question is posed, doesn't that make us all brothers and sisters. The answer is that Adam and Eve are not human, in fact they are "more heavenly," my response is then that makes us all less heavenly... and to further this irrational thought the Christian Bible didn't say how many children Adam and Eve had, what if they only had one?

No, people from every spectrum of our planet don't realize just how life began. We live by standards that we don't set. We were told to learn Darwin's theory, and we were told to read our Holy texts. We were never told to think. When in school the teacher said we all evolved via primates, I had to wonder then how did primates become primates, if we all had to come from somewhere. Being in America and being inquisitive by nature I learned early on what Christians believed to be the truth, and I had to wonder what idiot penned such a verse as Adam and Eve.

I would propose that we all started from one cosmic signature. One entity, call it God if you will or call it the Big Bang. It was singular, massive, and heavenly. Like a wand touched against a flower to make it bloom instantly. A wand touched this cosmic form. From it bloomed everything we know today. The stars, the elements, the planets, the continents, the waters, the fires, gravity, ourselves. We all were born from a singularity. But why? We ask this question of ourselves on a daily basis. Why do we do what we do, to what end does it take us?

We build houses, tall concrete and steal monoliths, and roads, but to what end. Should there be one? For power, glory, respect, honor. We live our lives, but to what end. To have our foot note in history? No.

In the days of eons ago, when man roamed the Earth without a language. Man still looked for leaders. Leaders that invoked power, glory, respect, and honor. When we lived in caves, ate raw meat, and had many wives; man knew about the four ideals mentioned before. When death done man and cave dwelling apart, the next generation took kind to remember. They carried on the notion that one most become the most powerful and earn or take the most glory, respect, and honor. There were no history books to record the events of the cave dwellings. The chicken scratches on the walls depicting animals and the like could of been mere child's play, not notions of historical events, even if they were a deer doesn't lead a peoples if drawn on the inside of a cave.

If your lost in this whole quest for the meaning of life ask your self why. You can't come up with your own non-satirical educated hypothesis? Did you really need to read this far in order to come up shorthanded on an answer. We don't take it seriously. You don't take it seriously.

All atoms everywhere, of evey element were put on this planet with the notion that they would serve a purpose. The notion being that of God's. Walk outside look around do you see purpose. Do you see how the iron comes together to form a car, or how the carbon comes together to form a hose, or how the nitrogen binds itself with the atoms of the soil to bring you that nice aroma? Do you see how the clouds carry hydrogen bound to oxygen from the vast oceans hundreds of miles away. The same H20 that a mother will drink, and a fetus will cultivate in order to survive. Do you see God's notion at work?

Is your reaction oh, that's interesting? Ask your self why something so profound does not knock the wind out of you, while your boyfriend breaking up with can take the life right out of you, have you gasp for air with a shortness of breath common to runners, while tears stream from your face for hours.

Ask yourself why does God's notion not impact you like your boyfriends notion to dump you does.

Adam and Eve, are not real. The Big Bang is silly. But one thought is true. The notion that we all evolved from the same damned thing. Knowing what that thing is won't tell us where we will go. We don't evolve only to evolve back into the same thing. We know for a fact that at every interval time a certain part of us changes for the better. This is evolution, this is life.

Today we know more then our forefathers, and our children will know more then us. At some point the next generation, whether it be the fifth or twentieth order from us, will not be the same as us. They will have evolved, from the same point as us, but to a different end - a different destiny.

To fulfill our own destiny, is our only mission - our only truth. To become an assembly of atoms ordering one's self to fulfill a pre-described notion, this is our future.

Wake up in the morning and think about your place in the Universe, look up at the sky if you have too and think not about goals, money, a job, but how you can fulfill a notion. A notion that has evolved over eons. A notion that every atom of your body serves a purpose, and as a whole you serve a purpose. Find your purpose and don't define yourself by what you know, define yourself by what you think - truly think. Give life a chance, a new meaning.

The Future of Mankind

But there is a light (somewhere)... the internet. Many people don't realize or can't even begin to grasp what kind of effect this quiet technology has on our lives.

More specifically the reveloution is, Internet TV. Thats the Future nobody knows about. Sure there is YouTube, but thats just a site to place your copyrighted material so others can enjoy a good laugh or two. Some post there with their idiotic videos and some shouldn't have ever been given cameras to use.

However there are thousands, maybe hundreds of thousands, of people who have embraced a medium of technology to spread a word more powerful then any podium thumping suit mongering politician.

The Nuclear Story

It just keeps on comming and this time via the Glenn Beck Radio and T.V. program (the latter can be seen on CNN Headline News, I believe). Beck conducts an interview with Hamid Mir about his claims that AQ is planning a Nuclear Attack against the U.S. You can hear his claims from this audio excerpt provided by Hotair.com

Now Hamid Mir isn't a clumsy crazy out of line reporter. He is probably the most credible Middle East reporter there is. He claims that he learned his information from Abu Dawood (not to be confused with the other Abu Dawood terrorists that have since been killed or captured). His claim that AQ has given the largely ceremonial "3" warnings is also consistent with what Osama Bin Laden did before 9/11.

Our hopes tells us falsehoods, but one can still hope.

A World That Hates Us

Hugo Chavez - el presidanta de Venezuela - had some sort of emotional moment today at the United Nations. I think him and his friend from Iran suffer from the same mental/emotional disorder. But one can only happily guess.

The video of course, is utterly amusing, I kinda wanted to reach through my computer screen and bash Webster's definition of imperialism for this guy.

Now it's easy to see how a non-English speaking person can get confused with that definition. You see it says by acquiring territory (which we don't do) and by having control over the political or economic life of other areas (which we don't have control over). Somebody translate that for Mr. Venezuela.

For that matter if the Venezuelan Presidanta thinks we are such imperialists why does he sell us oil? Fuelling our imperialistic goals?, because if the idiot with a scrunched up face didn't know it, selling us oil doesn't quell our (non) imperialistic goals...but I am sure it lines your pockets quite well.

You see America has control over this little old country called America, it's the worlds choosing not to build up their own infrastructure and compete against America's might. America doesn't say "oh Africa you can't build roads" or "oh Mexico you can't create jobs for you own [damn] people." No, that is not our choice, we (America) built America. The world only choose to lend their backs.

UN Calls Leaders for General Assembly...Thai Prime Minister Shouldn't of Left His Country

Thailands Democratic Party said it had the full support of the military and the military is patrolling the streets as we speak, however is very unclear to which side the military is patroling the streets for. Thailand being a constitutional monarchy, the military has surround the royal palace, as well; again my little television can't confirm who they are surrounding it for, but the Royal Guard were helping so one can only assume.

And I always thought the Thai were the more civilized of people. However when you got a Prime Minister that is being accused of

abusing the country's system of checks and balances and bending government policy to benefit his family's business,

someone might get mad.

They say he is currently hiding in Pakistan. While the likeliness of him carrying out an attack during the month of Ramadan from Pakistan on the American people is unlikely.

Couple this statement made by Ayman al-Zawahri from his most recent tape released on 9-11-06

"Your leaders are hiding from you the true extent of the disaster," he said. "And the days are pregnant and giving birth to new events, with Allah's permission and guidance."

With the fact that well connecPakistanitani reporter Hamid Mir said in a recent interview with Al-Arabyia TV

...that bin Laden has assigned a man named Adnan Gulshair Muhammad Al-Shukrijumah to carry out a new attack within the US which is intended to be larger than the 11 September, 2001 attacks. According to Mir, Adnan Jumaa has smuggled explosives and nuclear materials into the US through the Mexican border over the last two years and is hiding somewhere in America where the FBI has not been able to locate him.

Mir being the only reporter to have interviewed Osama Bin Laden after 9/11. He also displays a certain kindconsistancyency with his reporting. Before he use to state that Shukrijumah and Al-Qaeda were looking for nuclear materials. However in this interview he lists the date for such an attack as Ramadan 2006, which starts Sept. 24th.

So we have two factors, 1) Nobody has really come out and talked about Shukrijumah, or the fact that Al-Qaeda is planning to blow us up real soon, like soon enough to raise our little alert status up a notch [this is where Ayman's comment comes in] 2) a very well connected reporter who even told of the recent London hijackers before they were arrested mentions what he did. They both point to one scary thought, that something could actually happen.

Plus and APB has been placed for Shukrisomethingorother. This guy is very secret agent type too.

The FBI also began chasing Shukrijumah through the back alleys of cyberspace. Within hours of the FBI's public announcement, Shukrijumah might have given them a lead.

Just after midnight that day, an e-mail popped up in the guestbook section of MasterArabic.com, a Web site Shukrijumah had set up to promote his father's Arabic tutoring business and Islamic teachings. Routed to obscure the identity of the sender, the message said only, "I am safe."

Reports indicate that every FBI field office has been after this guy and has an agent working on his whereabouts [one word?].

Secret Aircraft

PopSci had an article today regarding what they maybe be developing at Area 51, though generally speaking what the Air Force may be developing in general.

The first concept drawing they had caught my eye (above). It looked most like a sci fi drop ship that I always wondered why the military didn't seek to produce, as it always looked so easy on TV or the movies. :P

Now I bet there are some Air Force Generals out there saying "Oh maybe we should actually be building that." :)

On the other hand recent evidence had provoked the Pop Sci writer of the article to state the rather outspoke fact that the Aurora Project is well into the swing of things. The picture below:

Personally, it's likely both are in some for of development, but I would expect even grander schemes in the works bigger and more "spacier" then these. Only expect these ones to actually be around in 5 to 8 years time.

To deal with the fish problem. Fish in the Potomac River, which runs through Washington D.C., are described by scientist as starting to have asexual tendencies. I won't go into details. Nevertheless the President sees this as an afront to the sanctity of marriage. I mean we can't have male fish being transexuals and vice versa.

The President told his Cabinet that this abomination of God's work must be handled with Patriot Missile batteries, wiretaps, and a resolution by congress. His cabinet was largely acceptant of the idea, while some started looking for new jobs.

Scientists say they are unsure what pollutants cause fish to morph into a asexual state. Besides all that scientist fear the worst, as the Potomac leads directly to the cities drinking water. Expect asexual people by the end of the year.

Steve Irwin, Dead at age 44

Mr. Irwin died early Monday morning off the coast of Australia. He was stung by a stingray barb.

He leaves behind a wife and one child.

I remember Steve Irwin quite well from my youth, around that time he was quite popular with his TV shows. He influenced a generation with his up close and personal antics with wild animals, especially crokidiles and such.

I would never watch all his shows when I was little, for fear that I would one day see a man getting eaten.

His story ended a little differently then I had once imagined, however he died doing what he loved, quite literally.

No, I didn't screw that title up, however Lockheed did choose NASA to screw. Lockheed Martin was contracted to royally shit on NASA and make for them the Next Generation Space Shuttle, or the Orion [pile of metal - i.e. - Spaceship].

The Orion program is suppose to replace the shuttle, after the ISS is completely built. It's also suppose to take man to the moon, and possibly to Mars. So, once they get to the Moon they are going to turn around and look at their spaceship well let's possibly go to Mars now. Eh...right, great set of guidelines there.

Commentators like the Time Magazine say that this is the first real right choice NASA has made. Well that may be all fine and dandy but when they back up their claim of rightness by saying this:

Lockheed Martin was a good choice for a few reasons. First of all, a NASA contract can be the sweetest of government plums. The projects can go on for decades (look at the 30-year shuttle program) and cost overruns are usually tolerated and even expected. That may not do the federal deficit any favors, but a company that can score a $2 billion deal and know full well that it may turn into $3 billion by the end of the contract term is a company with a lot of happy shareholders. Lockheed Martin has not shared much in the manned space program goodies latelyÂthe big deals historically going to Boeing and Northrop Grumman and it's healthy for the industry if the wealth gets spread.

Thrightnessess claim kinda flounders when you say that Lockheed Martin will be making boat loads of dollars. Tell me, how his that good for NASA again? Well actually don't tell me because TIME Magazine couldn't explain anything worth a dime, nay, a penny.

You may be asking what did Lockheed do? Well they were the ones to build the previous shuttle replacement, the X-33. You don't see that flying do you? One would think that NASA would learn from their mistakes, but no, sadly no. All that came out of that program/contract was a whole lot of nothing, backed up by the PR guys with "oh we learned a lot from that program that we can place to other [non-existent] programs." All they learned was that it was too hard to build another space shuttle, so it's better to give up...

Ahh well, what can you 'legally' do to stupid people but call them stupid. In any case if ever offered a job at Lockheed Martin, consider my statements void :D

This guy only moved to Alaska so he could run for Senate and be a downright idiot while in the Senate.

The Senator's Spokeperson has revealed that Stevens is in fact the secret senator that everyone has been talking about. What's sadder however is that Senator Coubrn said so two weeks ago at a townhall meeting. Is this a major defeat for bloggers everywhere? We wouldn't admit it...

In anycase, Stevens cited that the bill could create more government bureaucracy and Senator Stevens wasn't sure about the costs for the bill. He specifically told Senator Coubrn's office that a cost analysis should be done before Senator Stevens could remove the hold.

Stevens however is still in idiot, even though his argument seems to be legitimate. This is the same Senator who has been crowned "King of Pork" and not the edible kind. More the spending kind; he is perhaps the most vile Senator - unfortunately - living on the planet. He single-handedly earmarked some $200+ million dollars that would link two island off the coast of Alaska, together. One island has 50 people on it and a small airport, the other island has 8,700 people on it. I'm sure they needed a 200+ million fraking dollar bridge, with to cap it all off Senator Stevens name on it. Why couldn't they just take a boat?

On top of his craptastic background the Senator never attended a single hearing on the Bill (S.2590, which an explanation of can be found in my previous post) which came out of the 'Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee.' Senator Coubrn's office or somewhere thereof stated that the Bill's financial matters were discussed in some of the meeting and if Stevens really cared he would have attended.

So what's really behind this? Well it's quite simple. Senator Coubrn was the one who placed a hold on Stevens 'Bridge to Nowhere' as it has been dubbed. So Stevens held an almost year long grudge and then placed a hold on Coubrn's bill, a bill that he co-sponsored with Senator Obama. That's all it is, personal.

The entire governing decision behind Stevens hold is, personal. I thought these idiots in Congress were suppose to be Public Servants? Not Personal Self-Fullfilling Servants... I'm gonna go bang my head into a wall, several times if need be...

The Case of the Secret Senator

There is a bill going through the Senate that would effectivly allow one to "google," in the verb sense of the word, all government spending. I don't know what it does with Classified government spending, but I doubt one bill will bring that boat down.

The reason this is probably the best, nay, most worthwhile bill ever-could-be passed by the do nothing congress, is because it would let the citezenry make the decisions about the next Bridge to Nowhere. With citizens and mainly bloggers able to search through mounds of government spending, much of it pork-barel spending, bloggers could rally the citizens to put pressure on their government, and in the end action could be taken to stop such wasteful spending.

If anything it will give us bloggers something to talk about.

However a Senator of anonymous decent has put a hold on the bill, effectivly stopping it from being voted on when congress comes back into their yearly session, as session that out of 365 days - they only work for 84 of them. The bill, for what it's worth, is a bipartisan piece of legislation.

This Secret Senator, has garnered much attention from the blogosphere with sites like Hotair, Porkbusters, TPMukracker, and Flip on the story to try and narrow down the Senate to find the Secret Senator. See if the Senator is identified, and assuming he or she doesn't lie about it, then the bill could be voted on assuming again they acknowledge their role in the hold.

Even Senator Majority Leader has asked Senators to cooperate with bloggers if they ask questions so he could get the bipartisan bill passd in the next session, he asked Senate Minority Leader to ask the same of his party.

Let's just hope this is not just another election year ploy.

I haven't posted in little over a week and rightly so, I was on vacation. If you can't guess where then I'm afraid, just afraid.

But to get back into the mix of things, it's good to see that we're all still alive after August 22nd. I was a little worried there...ok not really...but mayber somewhat.

It's also interesting to note that every media outlet and the Japanese are hot on the Ramsey case and Karr. I don't know what they will come up with next once they all find out, which they should have by now, that the DNA doesn't match.

Lebanons doing just dandy...oh and the fact that Iran inagurated it's first nuclear plant is entirly inconsequential, right?

Tight lipped up tight assanine French officials, who have the backbone of - well the French - have decided it isn't necessary to send actual troops to Southern Lebanon. In fact they think it't better to send 30 officers and 200 engineering troops to the area.

Unlike the U.N. mandate of at least 15,000 troops to match the 15,000 Lebanese force to occupy the area (yes I used the oh so dreadful word occupy, deal with it). Many have thought, and for the life of me I can't figure out why, that the French would be the ones to lead the U.N. peace keeping force to the area.

It seems to me that the U.N. diploshits should read their history books and point to the part where the French led anything. Oh wait a minute they won't find anything.

If your French and reading this now, good. If your not French then I suggest you point a Frenchy to this post.

The new propsed end of the World. Yes, this new date is being thrown around as the date when all out Nuclear mumbo-jumbo will take place. Specifically, if you can get specific about the end of the world, people say that Iran's President Mahmoody Amidinidado (if anything this post serves to make fun of his name) will launch "weaponry" of the "bright flashy" sort over Jeruselum (i.e. Israel).

Now I was a bit hesitant about plastering this on my blog. I've known about the date for about 2 weeks now, but since we are nearing it I might as well jot it down for history's sake.

It's all about perception. How we as humans perceive the world around us. This is what makes us who we are. It is the way we perceive the religion that makes either fundamentalist or "regular." It is the way we perceive freedom that makes a terrorist or a patriot.

This is how we work. "To be or not to be?" as Shakespeare put it. This is the crux of it all. The terrorist perceive their cause as "just" and therefore they choose to be what we call terrorists. We, on the other hand, perceive their cause not to be "just" and therein we choose anti-terrorist.

Yet our choosing not to be and them choosing to be gets either of us no where. The terrorist aren't winning, and likewise the anti-terrorist aren't winning. Both only perceive that either of them are winning and loosing. Each of them tout their wins and shrug their losses each of them are patriots and terrorists to whoever perceive them as such. Wherever somebody decides 'to be' there is another person who has equally decided 'not to be.' By all accounts a terrorist is a patriot and a patriot is a terrorist. It is this perception of each to his own, that we hold, that gives us the situation we live in. It is our perception of the world that gives way to terrorists and anti-terrorists. It is our perception of the world that tells us to be or not to be?

When a perception is so strong it becomes as true as one's heart beats true. If your heart ain't beating, lets not kid our selves, all things considered it's quite false. Nevertheless if the former is true then the perceptions must end.

I must interdict the point that we all live on this Earth, it is as much my planet as it is 6 billion other peoples planet. We all live and share space on this rock equally. Therefore I, myself, can't choose to be or not to be. I can't choose the red pill or the blue pill, I can't choose Christianity or Islam, I can't choose bomb or resolution for all have once been answers to the same problems. The last 60 or so years we have been asking ourselves to be or not to be? To be a fundamentalist or not to be? For some the choice is easy. For others the choice is not. For both the choice has never left.

Some say there is a middle ground this solves the to be or not to be question. Yet the "maybe" or "neither" solution is not a solution at all. It is merely the middle of two points connect by one line we all travel. It is merely the spectrum of life we set our selves to live in. To be or not to be cannot be answered by not answering it at all.

The answer? To be or not to be? To be a Jew or to be a Muslim? To be an American or to be an Iranian? To be or not to be, that is the question. The answer is to revolutionize. NOT to be neither not to be something far off and stupid. I know not what revolution I should choose. But I know the answer does not lie with the question. I know to be a terrorist will get me now where, and as it seems to be an anti-terrorist will still get me a terrorist somewhere. I am but one person in this vast space. While I am alive I intend to live life outside the laws of Shakespeare's question. I choose not to be either. I choose to be a Revolutionary a person outside the spectrum of life we all do travel. It is my choice to make and the road is open for others to follow.

There is a third option my dear Shakespeare, it was neither to be or not to be, rather it was to Revolutionize. The Americans did it to secure there homeland from the British. The Blacks did it to secure their rights as humans. The Indians did it to secure their homes from the British. The Soviets did it in order to secure their Motherland. We must do it again.

When fellows trekked cross country with nothing but the clothes on their backs. Well it seems you will now be able to travel all around the world, with just the clothes on your back, and in your luggage for that matter.

Our good old friends at the TSA and like minded agencies around the world have decided that we cannot bring anything that is remotely sharp, that is liquid, fluid or paste-like, or anything that is electronic - save grandpa's pacemaker onto a plane. What a grand idea, eh? Don't let those terrorist think they can hurt us.

Now for all those idiots out there who can't think straight and don't go through a subject with proper care, I'm not advocating these amenities are any grander then ones life. I'm only suggesting that the bright thinkers of the world's governments come up with a technology or system in order to make traveling sane again. There is another way to solve the problem of terrorism, though you won't like it...

No offense to all the Muslims out there, but I sure wouldn't mind if we segregated all the planes. I'm talking about putting all the Muslims on one flight. RACIST!!! RACIST!!! OH NO STOP THE WAGONS!!!

But in all honesty that's the only way your going to stop these people, if you round them all up and sort them out. Sounds harsh, yes it does. But blowing up some village in Iraq is about the only other alternative. We may live in the 21st century were racial prejudice was a thing of the past and we are all suppose to be moving toward a more cumb-bi-ya society but when not everybody plays by the rules the whole project gets derailed.

And where's the anger in the Muslim world. Why aren't they protesting in the streets and burning the flags of Hizbullah and Hamas. Some would call that getting to the level of the terrorist, I would say that's pissing in their face telling them that they can burn every flag there is to burn and it won't make us indifferent to what's right and what's wrong. But no. You won't see the Muslim community rallying in the streets to oppose terrorist organizations such as Iran, Syria, Hamas, Hizbullah, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Al Queda, Iraq, the Taliban, etc. No sir Muslims who oppose any of this will sit in their air conditioned offices and issue statements from the desk. Please give me a break...

You want to stop terrorism? It won't happen by taking away my Aquafina, it will stop when you take away the fundamental element of terrorism, the human element, and that won't be achieved by bombs. The case of the human element will be taken out by weeding through every single Muslim there is. By categorizing and alphabetizing them till you've got them all. By staging a rally where Muslims burn the flags of terrorism and issues fatwas against terror from the loud speakers of every community. When the Muslims oppose terror it will end, the rest of us need to pressure them to do so, as long as it takes.

Israeli Tactics

According Washington Post Pentagon Correspondent, Thomas Ricks, on CNN's "Reliable Sources" Israel is purposely letting rockets fall onto Northern Israel in order to substantiate their continuing War.

One of the things that is going on, according to some U.S. military analysts, is that Israel purposely has left pockets of Hezbollah rockets in Lebanon, because as long as they're being rocketed, they can continue to have a sort of moral equivalency in their operations in Lebanon.

KURTZ: Hold on, you're suggesting that Israel has deliberately allowed Hezbollah to retain some of it's fire power, essentially for PR purposes, because having Israeli civilians killed helps them in the public relations war here?

RICKS: Yes, that's what military analysts have told me.

KURTZ: That's an extraordinary testament to the notion that having people on your own side killed actually works to your benefit in that nobody wants to see your own citizens killed but it works to your benefit in terms of the battle of perceptions here.

AOL inadvertently released 20 million individual searches done by 500,000 AOL users who were using the AOL search engine. All the searches are non-specific as to what human on Earth conducted what search, but by piecing together the various searches one can readily surmise who was behind the search queries.

The search terms done by the users span a 3 month period of March, April, and May. All of which is readily available after AOL took down the published information.

CNet has an article profiling some of the rather criminalistic searches. This only goes to show, that those men in suits over at the NSA are on to something when asking for these searches. Half these people could be arrested on conspiracy to commit murder, if anything.

Well maybe square but whatever, the point is what does it matter?

I've always gone by 4 fundamentals rules in life:

1) I'm always right

2) Nobody ever listens to me

3) I know everybody

4) I know everything (which would go with I know everybody, but I like to be specific about these fundamental rules, after all they are fundamental)

Based on these 4 simple rules, I already know the shape of things to come. If I were to tell you, you wouldn't listen, even though I know everyone involved and everything involved in the future.

However, being that this is my so-called Journal, I might as well tell you anyways, even if it falls on deaf ears.

The shape of things to come, is an object of affection held in every heart that inhabits the planet. We as humans are always hypothesizing what's next. Creating, literally, figments of our imagination to supplant what we know not that the future holds.

This is where God comes in. God being the almighty director of the universe, explainer of all things, doer of all deeds. Humans created this mystical figure to control their lives, to set bounds, and make it easier to predict the future. By praying to God, or doing God's work, or being a 'person' of God, one is able to better tell whether the shape of things to come is good or bad.

I asked myself one question the other day. Why would God create all life in the Universe; what purpose, need, or want does this serve to the all knowing being? For that is why humans live - on purposes, needs, or wants. That is why God was created to serve each and every humans' purposes, needs, wants. God cannot transcend the very components that make God what God is. Some would say otherwise, though. Some would go blindly following a figment of their imagination in order to serve the very purpose, need, or want that they would deny God has.

It's and oddity, it is. The shape of things to come, rather, is pointless. Nostradamus, your local fortune teller, the Revelation, Bible codes... none of these are truths. Rather they are what we attempt to make them. Nostradamus was known to have pulled things whimsically out of his brain, your local fortune teller will tell you anything for 20 dollars, the Revelation was WRITTEN BUY A GUY IN A CAVE!!! OMGFU, and the same Bible Codes can be found in Harry Potter books.

Then there is always the thought...just what if somebody could really predict the future, what if all those people were right. Again, if they could predict the future, why can one only tell me so after the event has happened? < Because predictions of the future are what we make them to be... didn't I just say this?

The shape of things to come I asked, and I have answered. They do not lie within our holy books or fortune tellers. The shape of things to come lies in your own self, for it is how you shape the things to come that will tell you the shape of things to come. Thank you, thank you very much... :)

Sorry for not posting...not that too many of you care...

I haven't really posted because honestly there really isn't much to talk about. A good news reporter or even lowly blogger as myself will always find news and write something about it, however this to me is not what makes a good blogger or news reporter.

Simply regurgitating the news over and over again in maybe a miniscule difference each time does not embody reporting or even editorializing. In fact its simply retarded. I don't even watch CNN or Fox anymore it's only much more of the same.

There is no Peace in the Middle East, there was a [insert your natural disaster here] in [insert your location here], and some celebrity made a boo-boo. This is [insert your favorite reporter here].

There simply isn't any reason to watch that over and over again.

To those that say maybe I should go find information about other subjects that may interest me, I tell the simple prose: I ain't no CNN and I have a budget of 0 dollars :)

Now, if there was progress to talk about then maybe I would watch. If Leaders (or so called humans of the same sort) of various nations stopped talking up the same rhetoric day after day, then maybe I would watch. If those billions of people around the world who know not the woes of freedom as I do were talked about and discussed on the news, then maybe I would watch.

Sadly nothing of this sort goes on. It's more of I little rocket attacks here, mix it in with some random diplomat there, and add a celebrity or two and you got the news.

It's a complete and utter joke, this information, it is.

God's Switch

It seems that God has thrown his Global Warming switch this weekend. Not knowing that for a fact, I can surmise - by looking at a basic weather map - that from coast to coast across the country temps are in the 90's and in many large cities in the 100's.

Whether Global Warming, a natural occurrence in Earths existence, or aliens are to blame to for these records there is one thing I am aware of, it's damn fraking hot. No matter in what manner these high temps have come about, I don't think - being 18 - I could live with this for 70+ years.

Somebody has to come up with something, be it weather altering technology (oddly enough the Russians are using such stuff at this years G8 meeting and China might use it at their 2008 Olympics) or be it cleaner fuel technology...extreme seasons are coming, if not already here. While adults of this era may live and die with a good tan, my children and I may live and die with a good roast.

Syria to Join the Fight

Fox News is reporting that the Syrian Government issued a statement that they were to join there Lebanese "fellows" in their fight to push back the Israelis and to stop them from committing any more crimes.

Not only does the escalate things to another level, as if there were infinite levels, but it changes the "debate." Very affectively I might add. By going from Israel is defending itself to Israel is committing atrocious crimes. In any case, people have begun to dig there trenches and it's clear to see where people will be sitting.

An interesting note, however, Iran vowed to enter the fray if Israel attacked Syria, now we have Syria virtually making the first move with the above statement, I have to wonder what Iran will do since the terms of the Syria/Israel engagement are different. And maybe I'm jumping the gun, but if Iran joins the fray, one has to further wonder what Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Egypt will do. All have condemned the Hezbollah kidnappings, all have called for restraints from both Israel and Hezbollah, and two have Peace Treaties with Israel.

If it's War they want, it's seems every day there is a greater chance that War is what they will get.

Crisis

Was watching Fox News today and they really made it seem like the world was ending. The anchor mentioned all in the same sentence that "We are watching closely the Crisis with North Korea, the Crisis with Iran, and the Crisis in Israel. Only on America's number one news channel."

They way he said it made it seem that World War 3 was around the corner. Unfortunately after listening and reading up all the news today it does seem that way. Even more unfortunate is all three Crisis's hinge on the actions of the UN Security Council, and fairly delicate diplomacy.

With Russia and China on one side of the issue and the U.S. (et all) on the other side of the table. To be the perfect World War, we would need Russia and China to turn on their friendlies, Iran and North Korea. Apart from those two countries, you've got Venezuela still in the back pocket just waiting for world attention and power.

Finally apart from everything you got the Muslims. Now I don't mean to be racially motivated when I say this, but it's only the truth. Muslims - about 80% of them - tend to hate everybody...Israel is feeling the full force of this, and the actions they take in retrieving their kidnapped soldiers could very well define the next century. Do they conduct precise attacks at key targets, or do they go all out war with ground troops in full battle - and hold territory. The former would ensue history repeating itself, the latter would take the form of all out War.

So many hotspots, so many issues not to mention Healthcare, Education, Immigration, Homeland Security, Political Corruption, Science & Technology...not even our oh so great President will be able to pull us out of this one.

One would ask, so? The worlds at it again, fighting with each other while I can sit comfortably in my Middle Class house on my Middle Class street with my Middle Class Family with a Middle Class job and good Middle Class car. One word...Draft

While the fireworks I saw had one of the best endings I have ever seen, the fireworks going on in East Asia cannot even compare.

I won't even begin to try and state how many missiles there were, or whether more are on the way. Quite frankly nobody "seems" to know concrete information on what missiles there were, what missiles might still be on the launch pad, and whether there will be more launches.

What is important however, is the useless UN Security Council and the Six Party Talks. Both of which haven't come up with a relevant strategy to combat Kim's insane movements. With Diplomats singing the Six Party Talks mantra on every television set they can get there faces on, nothing but rhetoric is comming out of their mouths.

I persoanlly say we assasinate the fool and every one of his top Generals, then let bygones be bygones, hell I would even give the place to China.

However the issue, nevertheless, is important enough. I have personally have lost faith in Israel...it only matters what lense you look through to come to the same conclusion. In recent days the capture of the Israel soldier, by largely unknown militants, has caused Israel to technically invade Gaza and the Palestinian territories. In my opinion the Palestenians have shown amazing restraint, either that or the Israelies have shown amazing security precautions.

In the same time frame that militants, that Israel purports are part of Hamas just like they said Palestine shelled their own beach, captured the soldier, others also killed and 18 year old Israeli they kidnapped in another part of the Territories. However an even more improtant news item was breweing in the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian Parliment passed a resoloution recogonizing the need for a two state soloution, and in effect recognizig Israel as a the second state. The same resoloution also called for more non-violent means of protest, and to restrict fighting to the Terroritories claimed by Israel in the 1967 takeover.

My problem is how Israel reacts, a leader has to make a concious decision, the lives of TWO nations or the life of one human. I personally will not call judgement on what I would do. But if recent revelations are true, then what the Israelies did may have been good, but what it does in way of establishing two nations, I know not.

Ask anybody living today, ask yourself. Do you see a rosy future for this country? I have been listening to a wide verse of people all of whom have made the exact same comment, they can't imagine living in 2045 (plus or minus 20 years). Being 18 I would like to know that living in retirement would be nice, you know the living part. Even the year 2020 seems uncertain.

Maybe it's the times we live in, where apocalypse is being predicted to come around every other day.

But it could be the fact that 1,000 scientist say increasing Carbon levels will increase global temperatures. Sure you may not care, you will die before its 100 degrees in winter, but I and about a couple billion of my generation will be around.

Besides that, by the time I'm 40 we plan to put a foot on the moon? You kidding me? WTF? Ummm you tell me, any of the people who proposed the Back to the Moon plan will be around for this moon landing? It's a complete joke.

What about Social Security, HealthCare, Education, who's dealing with these issues?

Social Security will be worth as much as toilet paper by the time I get to dip into it.

Emergency Rooms are full to the brim with no hope in sight, 510,000 people die from being diverted from an Emergency Room. Nurses are a 'dieing' peoples with fewer entering the service every year. Insurance companies are getting screwier every year putting all kinds of mind boggling restriction on their coverages.

American High Schools are some of the worst in the developed WORLD. America produces the fewest number of engineers and scientists in the developed WORLD. Teachers are far and few in between, and when they are teaching they aren't even qualified in the subject. With High Schools getting worse and worse will I have to teach my own kids?

Bush's plans while I'm sure after being consulted by God may have been the right thing to do, don't do anything at all. The No Child Left behind act leaves practically every child behind and his Social Security plan was no more then a political stunt.

What about illegal immigration? With activists touting the fact that in 20 some odd years, the illegal immigrant population will out man the Anglo-Saxon population of the country. Don't know about you but I just might have to move to Canada.

My future, that's what it is. Not the politicians, not my parents, I'm the one who has to live it, but I just don't get to write it.

Yes, that's where my parents have gone. So far I have been home from college for a little less then two weeks and here is what they've said to me:

You must get a job
You must get a class at the local community college (so I can transfer the class to my University). But its good to note that classes start tomorrow.
While weighing 175 pounds at a height of 6'1". My father thinks I am too fat and LITERALLY tells me EVERY DAY to get on the treadmill EVERY SINGLE FRAKING DAY!!! My mother thinks I am not tall enough, enough said there.
apparently my parents think of me as a failure because I don't get A's and B's in my college classes. I more or less get A's (very few), B's (some), and C's (the other some). Nope that's not good enough. Apparently if I don't get superior grades I have no business going to College to be an Aerospace Engineer. They say I should get into a "program" besides Aerospace Engineering that I basically will get A's in. While that's a sound I idea, if you can't figure out the shear IDIOCY OF THAT IDEA then I just don't know what to say.
Oh and I have been told that I must get on the treadmill at 8 o'clock in the morning and that I only have an 1 hour to be on the computer EACH DAY!!!! GOD DAMNITS FRIGZTSSS!!!!!

So I am basically 18 years old, being relegated like a high school student is one of those stupid kids we "children" always go straight to labeling when in high school.

Nope, I am not lying, not making anything up, or exaggerating (well maybe the cuss words and what not).

And yeah I know exactly what you will say "that sucks." And really, you just have no fucking clue how much that sucks. If it weren't for the money I wouldn't be here in this house right now.

It was planned that the Bush would be reading, a rare sight indeed. However the Bush took a surprise visit to Baghdad, Iraq. Where the sand isn't too fertile for its species and all the books are in Arabic.

Poor Bush, it has traveled far and wide, from New Orleans to Europe to Iraq and Afghanistan and on down to India. The traveling Bush has planted its seeds in many parts of the world, trying to propagate its factually senile and retarded species across the globe.

The Bush has met some resistance in its global pollination scheme, but the other plants of the world will resist, they do resist, and they will not fail to meet the challenge of the traveling Bush.

World Cup

It's world cup time. What more can I say?

I can say I have neglected this place for a little bit. Finals have taken up a good protion of my week, as my last post was 5 days ago. Now I have to wait for my grades. I have been following the news, though.

Al-Zarqawi is dead, the border is getting a lot of attention, and sexual discrimination is being written into the constitution. All of which is only a part of what's going to be a hot political summer.

But with congress not acting on anything and progress in America's Wars seem to be idle with little public knowledge of whats going on I have to wonder if the American people will see it. If they will see the political steps taken to insure there vote, a vote for a person who will do nothing.

Congress is interesting that way. We elect people who will do nothing for a couple years, and then we elect them again to do the same thing.

In any case. I have some ideas for some more posts comming up. But there is another week of news ahead (news and grades) so we will see.

Actually just one more, Tuesday for Physics.

But I am taking a break, to discuss - in short (literally) - the President.

He is not smart. being that he is a Christian hopefully 6/6/06 will be day without a Christian and what not and we can all live in peace (sorry to all my friends that are Christians :P). All I can say is what the Muslims say. "Peace be upon him." There ain't much more hope for him and this country...there really isn't.

I was watching the View today, yes the View, and Star Jones said something that was interesting (she is surprisingly smart yet too umm sophisticated). She noted that the Constitution (mind you the amendments are the exact same document as the Constitution) is a document that only serves to give rights. There is not a single word in there that takes rights away from the people (all the people).

Furthermore I have to take a hit at CNN, that place has the most fancy names for the same thing. Ever heard of Breaking News? Well CNN has got a Developing Story and Happening Now to boot. Plus I heard Wolf Blitzer say Gay Republican, which made my day.. I mean they can't be happy republicans, they must be gay :P

And my note to Congress, like I have said before...go home turn on the TV and sit there!!! I will still pay you to do nothing!!! Don't worry, just stay away from the big white shiny dome thing!

BTW the stock market is down another 200 points (or 199 to be exactish).

What a waste of time. LoL. Ok not really I am sure it has its benefits and what not. Wait...ok, yeah I'm sure, it's useful.

But the whole controversy surrounding the allocation of funds for terrorist securty, given to cities across America is just dumb. In 2004 NYC got $42 ish million in funds form DoH and in 2005 they got $200+ million in funds. So DoH decides to cut that to $125 million. OMG STOP THE WAGONS!!!! I swear the DoH should go back in there and say "since NYC is being such an ass about things they are going back to their 2004 funding figures."

As for Washington D.C. the god damn place is protected by a lot more then DoH. I would rather have the DoH protecting Nebraska and leave D.C. to the Secret Service, FBI, Capitol Police, etc.

And as for Defensetech.org's (and others) habitual long winded complaints on the subject, Noah & friends please give it a rest. It's worse when the news try to make a story out of nothing, and now the respected bloggers are doing it too.

If America is to be the police officers of the world, why not be all that we can? Truly speaking, if one person here thinks that the oil in the Middle East is any more wealthy then the 1 billion lives, thousands of pounds of minerals, largest untapped hydro power sources all in Africa then you should be shot.

The Republicans will say "well if they are poor, they brought it upon themselves." Democrats will say "if they are poor they should vote for us." I say, screw you both, get off your fraking rear and build up the continent like it should be.

One problem with Africa is that hundreds of millions of Africans are experiencing a 21st century, without the education. From the guns, to the money, to the technology many Africans don't know what to do with it all. Furthermore, there has not been any insurgence of industrialization into the continent since...ever.

Africa is probably the richest continent and they don't know it. They don't know it because they don't have constitutional governments, they don't have proper strong-man militaries, and they don't have religion. Yeah religion. You know what they have tribesmen, corrupt tribesmen, not the type they started with but the type that has been so entranced with power they know not the right from the wrong.

A continent where maybe only South Africa is a place worth mentioning.

Africa needs, our military to train theirs - the harsh boot camp way, they need our roads, they need our communication, and they need our laws. Some may say this can't be done, its not worth our time or money. Sure it isn't, but what is? The Iraq war? Capturing Osama Bin Laden? A man who isn't a tangible figure, just some guy who talks...and talks. What is worth it? What is worth our billions of dollars? Where could the 200+ billion dollars spent Iraq have gone to, if not to the war?

All I am advocating here, is a change of mind. The sleeping giant that went to sleep after the Cold War, must wake up again. We must as a nation be vigilant, not only in the ending the tyranny of islamicist willing to die for a cause they know not, but we as a nation must also be willing to die and fight in the name of freedom - for any people that know not the name of liberty and justice.

For what is our purpose on Earth, if we are to do largely nothing and sometimes something. It's a big world out there, as Americans we should start acting like we know that.

No, you don't have to pull out of Iraq - that would be dumb - but you have to pull into the rest of the world.

But that's ok if you didn't know. How about you go look at what George Galloway, a British Member of Parliament (MP), stated that it would be alright to assassinate the Prime Minister - but he wasn't advocating anything.

Then you should head on over to Defense Tech to read "Stop Funding America's Enemies." An interesting article for Defense Tech. Talking about how 3 to 4 billion dollars of the other billions of dollars Saudis get from oil revenues goes to funding Wahhabis. These "teachers" however do little in the way of teaching about justice and what not, more toward the blow your self up and get 42 some odd virgins. Basically the article tells how of the hundreds of thousands of gallons of oil (I know lots of of-s) the military uses doesn't really help the military. Since they are fighting the same people that profit off the military fighting them. Like a circle of life thing...

Loose Change...Very Dangerous

Loose Change is a documentary that looks into the event on 9/11. The documentary however is flawed beyond belief. One person said

"[Loose Change] makes Michael Moore's Fahrenheit 9/11 pale in comparison."

Yeah pale in comparison because Michael's documentary can may actually be level-headed compared to Loose Change.

However, I must ask some of the questions the video asks. For example, why hasn't the NSA, CIA, FBI looked into the transactions that factually took place before 9/11. Like the insurance buying of the current WTC acreage owner. Or the sell (shares that are placed when one thinks the company will go south in the near future) shares that were issued for American Airlines, Boeing, and others.

Furthermore, the plane thing at the Pentagon doesn't make sense. I want to see and hear the 100 or so eye witnesses who saw a 757 fly into the Pentagon. Then again, I want to see and hear the eye witnesses who saw something else. I want to see and hear the people who saw the cargo plane over D.C. right after the attack on the Pentagon. I want the military to release the flight plan and mission objective for that craft. I also would like to know how the reconstruction of the pentagon took months while the renovation took years. I want to know why the Pentagon grass looks so nice after the attacks. I want to know why did the Pentagon inner rings not also collapse from the heat, as the plane made it to the C-ring. I want to know why the hole at the C-ring is so nicely circular. I want to know why the planes wings, filled with gasoline, didn't make an indentation anywhere in the attacked region. I want to know why the FBI hasn't released the other security camera footage of the attacks, and why was the FBI so quick to pick up the video, I mean they can't be that efficient.

These are the level headed questions that should be asked, instead of the wild claims made with Loose Change. While the documentary stirs emotions and questions, it does little in the way of being a documentary, and more in the way of being a tool for conspiracy theorists.

Another interesting aspect that I have to note (as this is the Journal of a President) is why were there only 16 jets, on September 11th, 2001, in the Continental United States that were fighter equipped and ready to go? I mean are you fucking serious? Yes I said fucking. 16 jets? And then some "critics" point out there were 4 in Alaska. I mean big shit? 16 to 20 jets to guard a whole entire country from coast to coast, border to border. A country that makes up most of the Western Hemisphere in terms of settlement, popularity, and defense. That's completely insane.

It's a sad day when millions of Americans look to this Loose Change video as fact, it's an even sadder day when the government doesn't do enough to present with a refute. I mean we are talking about the very foundations of America being rocked by the claims in this video. The least the government could do, out of their oh-so hectic schedule of saving the world and what not, is give us all the information.

Knights Templar

I found this interesting.

The Knights Templar still exist in somewhat of a form. They appear to be an order of the Free Masons. Apparently as with the Masons, there are two "Rites" one is the Scottish Rite and the other is the York Rite. Obviously Scotland and York and places in England.

A little about the facts we know of the Masonites. They first "officially" appeared in England (way back when, wouldn't care to know the real day just thing before the 1770's). Four lodges around England came together and formed the Society of Free Masons. What they preach? Why are they secret? Would the world be different if they didn't exist? Nobody except them really know.

When the four lodges came together, it became curious as to where all these builders came from. If one were to do some history they would find that a man does his fathers job, the father does his fathers job, and so on and so forth. So the now joined Free Masons, wondered what the history of themselves were. Some Masonites suggested they were descendents of the Great Pyramid builders. Others believed they were descendents of the Knights Templar.

In reality they were neither, they were just human beings who built a common room where they all hung out after work to socialize and talk about world (or local) events. In those days, the bankers hung out with the bankers, the tradesmen hung out with the tradesmen, so the builders or mason men hung out with other mason men. Not a real hard concept to grasp. Nothing secret about it.

However then came a time when one man, just one man, became popular. I don't know what he became or what he did but people noticed. And so the age of powerful men coming out of the Mason lodges began. For example, men like George Washington.

Obviously with the powerful stature the Mason members bond and brotherhood became stronger. You know, when you got a powerful friend you kiss that persons ass more. So it became secret, quiet, small and powerful.

No, they don't intend to take over the world, though they are certainly in the position too.

Anywho the Masons got a few Knightship categories, the Knights of Malta, the Knights Templar, Knight of the Royal Axe, Knight of the Sun, and so on and so forth. So yeah, while the Knights Templar still exist its far form certain that they still hold the secrets the left the Holy Land with.

However it is known that in the Masonite commandery that the people higher up always lie to the people down below. So, as you move up you get to know more. Therein only few know the truth and many think they know something.

Wired War

DefenseTech's Noah Shactman and David Axe have a story in Junes 2006 issue of Popular Science outlining the failure (over time) of the Military's first Wired War. The network centric warfare, that is suppose to connect every soldier to every other soldier, worked initially in 2003 when we first went into Iraq.

Most ground level soldiers were not wired up then, but it was enough that their commanders were, allowing them to march to Baghdad at an amazing speed. However three years later, the ground level troops still don't have the information downflow that was the Pentagons objective at the beginning of this new war.

But really, what's new? Ground levels troops since the beginning of war, have never had all the information they needed, wanted, or were promised. Ask any WWII or I vet and they may say, "Information? What information?" At least, though, the Pentagon is actively trying. However, in that sense, anybody who has any knowledge of the Pentagon knows the lumbering procurement they trudge along.

What the Pentagon wants is to invent the World Wide Web, for just themselves, and it took a decade for us to just develop one for the World. To schools of thought, then, would exist. Either it should be easier for the Pentagon to implement a Net-Centric battlefield since the Army is a bit smaller then the World, or the other school of thought might suggest that the original WWW didn't have has much bureaucracy as our good old Pentagon and therefore it should be harder to implement.

Which ever path you follow, the grunts fighting behind mud walls, and searching the bomb laden streets of Baghdad will have to wait a good, long time, for their wires.

Spaceport Boom

And it's true, looking over the list it seems that from the East Coast to the West, Americans won't be far from a sub orbital launch point. The question though, has to be asked to what end? Will these maginficent spaceports (costing hundereds of millions of dollars) be useless?

To look at the playing field for orbital launches one only sees rockets and more rockets. Burt Rutan seems like the only likely contender for any space port launch vehichle. And as Rutan admits, it is a bit humurous to think that these dozens or so spaceports, that are not only popping up all over America but, all around the world, will be useful.

Realisticly the future of space tourisms will be a billion dollar industry, but for who? Currently Burt Rutan and Sir Richard Bransons Virgin Galactic stand only to make such a profit of sub orbital flights, they have and are not foreseen to have any competitors. With hudereds of customers lined up already, let's just say they are booked for the first few launches.

The better question to be asked is, will Burt Rutan be able to deliever as many SpaceShipTwo's as are needed, and will Virgin Galactic be able to spread out it's resources - literally - around the world.

People take things way out of context. So way out of context it makes me wonder where the sane people are, and who's paying the other people to be insane.

I am talking about the NSA PHONE RECORDS story. Every media outlet and therein American Citizen thinks its phonetapping or wiretapping. When in fact those two ideas only go into effect when a 3rd party is listening to an actual conversation happening over the phone.

However, even as the USA Today originally reported, the NSA is only collecting PHONE RECORDS. What are phone records, as per the USA Today story? It's a piece of data that contains ONLY NUMBERS. No names, address, ssn, birthdates, payment history. Nothing but PHONE NUMBERS.

So really somebody, ANYBODY, tell me how this is wrong? I mean anybody can go into Google and put in your phone number and find your address, hell anybody can put in your name and maybe where you live and find your phone number. And where do you think phone numbers come from? You think the Phone Companies just pull these things out of thin air? No, every citizen's phone number is registered with the government - some how, some way, they've got it and not by means of the NSA.

The whole situation has been blown out proportion. Phone Companies CANNOT BE SUED over giving out your phone number, when the person(s) getting the phone number doesn't even know who you are - like I said the Phone Companies don't give out names.

I urge all Americans to get back in their holes.

What a great idea, yaw?

The President is expected to announce the movement of some 6,000 National Guards on the border with Mexico. By law the constitution states that the States can have NO matter in handling foreign afairs, that those powers are left up to the Federal Governement.

Last I checked Mexican citizens (illegal immigrants) were apart of the foreign affairs of the United States. So, while the Border Patrol is a federal agency it cannot! and will never, ever!! be up to the States to secure their borders, this is not, has never been, should never have been, or should never be an issue of the States.

SO POSSE COMITATUS DOESN'T APPLY.

However becuase this is a federal mandate, authorities such as officers of the state cannot under the law of the land (the constitution) lawfully detain Mexican citizens, as those are matters of foreign affairs and not the State. On the other hand the State then has no right, and under the law of the land no authority, to provide aid to these foreign citizens in the United States. UNDER THE CONSTITUTION IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FEDERAL GOVERNEMNT TO INSURE THE LIVES OF FOREIGN CITIZENS IN THIS LAND.

Ok people? So you see, it's not that hard.

Troops on the border? It's ok, it's lawful, and it's needed. So shut up and sit down. POSSE COMITATUS DOESN'T APPLY.

States and all counties therein must stop providing educational and non-emergency (i.e. i have a runny nose) healthcare to non-citizens of the States, unless subsidized IN FULL by the Federal Government.

Furthermore, the Federal Government must take every action to enforce the laws already passed by the Congress of these United States.

Really it ain't that hard.

So, don't re-elect a politician who says "I support the President's decision to send troops to the border, but on the other hand I support a comprehensive solution mumbo-jumbo." They don't need to be re-elected they don't deserve to. Show politicians and the President that the American people don't play election year politics.

In Cuba, if you were to ask for a ride to the nearest town, don't plan on waiting for the bus.

Thousands of 1950's era American Cars have been pushed into service as taxis, to ferry people around to where they need to get to. Since Castro took over the country in 1959ish the country has seen a steady decrease in public transportation. So, enterprising Cubans busted out the old American muscle cars, replaced all piping of the car with the 21st century stuff, and replaced the engine with the Soviet era type. Now walk out of the airport and you are likely to see an American car body being pushed by the Soviets (if you catch the pun). Some have said it's like a time warp walking onto the street and seeing all these old cars, that in America are more or less destined for the museum.

However Cuba's dictator complains that these taxi services charge too high of prices, so he bought $1 billion worth of Chinese buses and trucks. The Chinese type are airconditioned.

It's pretty neat, that the Cubans, not only got these cars working without the help of the government, but that they are still working!!! One driver remarked about these cars still being able to move "The makers must have made a mistake."

The Pakistani Education Ministry Published a book called "A Textbook of English" in which a poem was included. The poem called "The Leader" was submitted by anonymous turned out to be an acrostic spelling of President George W. Bush.

Now I mean come on Mu-sheriff (yes I know that is a wrong spelling), but seriously? This guy? Old George? That's just low.

Project Echelon

So you think the NSA monitoring your Phone Records and American Citizens INTERNATIONAL Calls is a recent post 9/11 Bush administration only thing?

Well your wrong.

Project Echelon is a Global Surveillance network. This network has databases set up in countries all around the world, that store the information on every call, email, and any other data source the NSA can their hands on. This means that even United States Citizens could possibly have information about themselves in these international data centers, the program is/was not only limited to outside the U.S. it spied on everybody. By setting up the databases in foreign lands, the NSA got around US anti-monitoring laws.

So when the USA Today, Washington Post, and New York Times, releases news stating the NSA has super secret programs that collect information about American Citizens, I can only say "it took you long enough to figure that out."

Project Echelon has been around since the 1980's. If somebody stated it back then they were labeled a UFO freak, for lack of a better word. By the time I was in 6th grade, hell, I even knew about the hush-hush Project Echelon, so it's nothing new.

The part that gets me is when Congress tries to blame this on the current sitting President. Since Project Echelon and collecting intelligence on American Citizens (en-mass) has been around since (at least the early 1990's) there is no reason Congress should be blaming this on anybody, just to make it an election issue.

The fact is this program is so secret if revealed it could start a war with a few of the global powers sitting on this planet, like Russia. Project Echelon was not only limited to wiretapping, the NSA also participated in satellite communication tapping, computer network tapping, utility records (and any other record you can think of).

Quite honestly it seems outlandish, even when I step back and look at the whole Project, but it's not entirely NEWS, as some of the papers would like to put it. Congress has no right to attach President Bush to this, no matter his stupidity level.

The USA Today, the Post, and the Times are reporting is misleading information to attempt to stir up public sentiment, and so the authors of the articles can win national acclaim. To those NSA employees who think they have done a service to their country, you in fact should respect your God damn paygrade and not try to leak information you don't know much about in the first place.

UN Human Rights Council

The United Nations (of Stupidity) set up the Human Rights Council. This council will be used to promote Humans Rights, of course note the singular in-active word "promote" (i.e. sit in a chair and do nothing). A secret closed door ballet of all the UN ambassadors was taken to see who would be placed on the council.

Cuba, Saudi Arabia, China and Russia all won seats on the new U.N. Human Rights Council. According to the Freedom House (a Human Rights advocate) Cuba, Saudi Arabia, China and Russia all have the worst human rights record. While they only make up a few of the 47 members on the council one must wonder who was translating at the U.N. when the ballots were being cast?

Though, in all seriousness, the election of these four countries only goes to show how disgraced, worthless, and meaningless the U.N. has become. Furthermore there was shear outcry when it became known that the U.S. was abstaining from joinging the council. Well I wonder why?

My propostition, create a Federation of Democratized Nations (make it like the European Union just do a little ex-ney on the monetization thing), create an Allied Military complete with planes and boats, disband NATO (or re-integrate it), and (oh here is a good one) promote Democracy.

The Federation would include:

Federation Allied Command (think Pentagon)
Federation Science and Technology Bureau
Federation Aid Council (think help people in Sudan)
Federation Democratization Council (think marketing department of Democracy)
Federation Health Ministry (think combating Bird Flu and Aids)
Federation Space Administration (think NASA but Burt Rutan style)
Federation Senate
Federation Executive Council
Federation Justice Council

There you go; you got a government for the world, made up of democratized nations. A place that can hand out aid to any poor person who wants to live, a military to take down "regimes," and bringing together the worlds best scientific and political minds in one house to do good for humanity.

Sounds simple? Well you know humans if it's simple lets find something hard.

Senator Biden

Being a Democratic-Republican I find it easy to support Senator Biden to be President. Though, considering he is 60, the hope is he will make it to the 2008 election - and thereof the 8 years after that - he's got my vote.

Putting his old age behind, this man has got a lot of brains and a lot of life still in him. While he may be a left wing nut cracker, he is not as robotic speaking/looking as Hillary Clinton, and is by far better then any Republican I have ever seen. Now maybe that is the problem, I haven't seen any other Republicans on TV spouting off their own views (ie those views developed by the brain).

But being as how I have only seen Senator Biden, speaking the truth, I can only throw my support behind him.

Now to what he says.

His views on Iraq - the Five Points plan he came up with - is brilliant. His plan, though, has many obstacle, though about 80% of them are political. Now I don't know about you but I would rather the Iraqis dabble in heated political debate then in AK-47 practice, if you know what I mean.

His expertise on international matters is, well expert. He thinks, yes actually thinks, about how the actions he would take in world matters would effect, well the world, and seeing how a lot of the world seems to hate us (or rather that's what my TV tells me) I think we could use someone like Biden.

Senator Biden's willingness to UNITE OUR STATES. Like I have submitted before, the argument can be that the "UNITE OUR STATES" campaign is all show, and no tell. However I would counter argue, that if you ever here him speak, you hear his voice.

A voice, a term familiar to any Speech Communication major, is the most important part for any person. A voice does not only make the people listen, but the voice also tells about the person's intentions, their morals & ethics, their will power, and their vision. A voice makes up the entire whole of the person, and this man's voice tells a tale that I myself am willing to accept.

I know it's two years away, but I have lived, if anything, for 18 and change years on this Earth. Every even that I have witnessed, came at a time that I never thought such an event would occur. Events that changed the world, all while I eat my dinner. So I know that two years is a long time, and I have learned it only takes one second for the entire Planet to change, there are a lot of second between now and 2008.

So unless he screws up between now and then, the likeliness of which ties into the above argument about time and what not, he's got my vote.

California's 'Gay History' Bill Advances

If gays really had a history in California I would rather watch the History Channel then have to read about it in school.

State Sen. Sheila Kuehl, while I respect her lesbianism, should not attempt to indoctrinate children to "her" and others way of life.

In fact NO textbook should dabble into anything that has to do with SEXUAL ORIENTATION. I don't know what it takes for our elected officials to do the right thing, instead they do the idiots thing, and we citizens are 100% to blame.

Why not write a bill that states "No textbook shall ever mention the sexual orientation of an individual of history." There it's that simple, and I am an 18 year old college student who is struggling to get through this place just like the other 18,000 other college students, and I can do better then a State Senator.

Ok not really, but for many of Washington's most influential officials it is.

Familiarize yourself with the Randy Duke Cunningham story (go google it or something). But to some it up the Duke basically did illegal stuff with the two men I highlight below, let's just say "it's a hard life out there, for a pimp."

Brent Wilkes is a:

"San Diego County finance co-chairman for Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger and state finance co-chairman for President Bush (he was a "Pioneer"), Brent Wilkes has worked as a federal defense contractor and lobbyist since the early 1990s." - TPM Muckracker

and Mitchell Wade

founded MZM, Inc., a homeland security and counterintelligence company.

Both men can be connected to the Watergate Hotel - this is fact. Both men can be connected to supply a "hospitality suite" for those they wanted to do 'business' with - this is fact. Both men worked together - this is fact.

At first the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) was reporting (April 27th, 2006) the Mitchell Wade told investigators that:

"Mr. Cunningham periodically phoned him to request a prostitute, and that Mr. Wade then helped to arrange for one." - WSJ

The report goes further to detail investigators focusing on other members of Congress, and their staff. Wade said that his prostitution ring was set up by Brent Wilkes, who

"rented the hotel rooms, found the limousine company and the hookers." - TPM Muckracker

A) Pimps: Brent Wilkes & Mitchell Wade
B) Customers: Rep. Cunningham (R-CA 50th), plus more unknown.

Let's take a look at the timeline:

Wilkes has been in Washington D.C. since the early 1990's as has Wade. Remember they worked in collusion.

Now we are going to look at the "hospitality suites." These were hotel rooms, with multiple bedrooms, set up, by Brent Wilkes, at various hotels in Washington D.C. namely the Watergate Hotel and Westin Grand. As far back as 1994 (Alanta Journal-Constitution) CIA agents, members of congress, their staff, and various department officials all with a connection to Wilkes or Wade played poker/cards, drank, smoked cigars, and POSSIBLY SOME were entertained by prostitutes - we know for a fact that all in attendance AT LEAST played poker/cards, and we know for a fact that AT LEAST Cunningham was peddled prostitutes.

Ok so the Pimps had parties for ABOUT the last 15 years - YET UNCONFIRMED STORIES THE KNOWN PIMPS ACTUALLY WERE PIMPING AT THESE PARTIES.

So here is who known to have attended:

- Dusty Foggo, Executive Director of the CIA
- Rep. Randy Duke Cunningham (R-CA)
- Former Rep. Charlie Wilson (D-TX)
- CIA Agent "Nine Fingers"

Alleged to have gone:

- CIA Director Porter Goss
- Rep. Jerry Lewis (R-CA)
- Rep. John T. Doolittle (R-CA)
- Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA)
- Other members of the House Appropriations and Intelligence committees
- Other members of the CIA

Let's now take a look at that Executive Director for the CIA, Dusty Foggo. Foggo served as a CIA contracting officer in Honduras assisting the Nicaraguan Contra Rebels. He is also a long time friend (college roommate) of Brent Wilkes, some news reports put their friendship at 34 years. Wilkes at the time ferried Congressmen down to Central America where Wilkes introduced them to Foggo. Porter Goss, once done firing many of the CIA's top brass when Goss first took the office, reached down to the mid-manager level of the agency and pulled out Foggo to be the Executive Director, the number 3 head of the agency. It is largely believed the Goss's deputy Patrick Murray may have had a role in Foggo's appointment. Foggo, furthermore, admits to being at these parties. So, that's good old Foggo.

One must ask how does a pimp get a hooker from one place to another? By limousine of course, and non other then Shirlington Limousine (SL), owned by Chris Baker. This company has:

A) Numerous offices (one at Washington's National Airport - rented out hanger #7, owned by British-company Signature Flight Support (also known as: Signature Aviation), right across the hall (literally) from the Dep. of Homeland Security Air and Marine Operations Center).

B) Numerous Contracts with Government agencies:
-Department of Homeland Security ($21 million)
-Nuclear Regulatory Commission
-Department of Housing and Urban Development ($519,823)
-Federal Highway Administration ($142,000)

C) Jerome Foster, owner of San Diego based defense contractor, Pentech, sat on the board of SL and is connected to Former Rep. Lowry* (R-CA) who is further connected to Wilkes, as of the early 1990's to early 2000.

D) Operated under 4 different names

E) Has/had tax problems

F) Has had there Federal License Revoked by the Federal Motor Carrier Saftey Administration

G) Alleged to have transported hookers for Wilkes, and provide transportation for certain lawmakers, et al.
*Lowry is/was a lobbyist after being a member of congress.

So, here is what we know...now:

A) Pimps: Wilkes & Wade

B) Customers: Cunningham and maybe others

C) Threw Parties: Wilkes & Wade

D) Attendants: Certain members of Congress, CIA agents & officials, and possibly others
1) Length of stay at parties: some just for the cards, others for the whole time.

E) Defense contracts: Given to Wilkes & Wade by Foggo for the CIA and Cunningham for the Pentagon/Military appropriations

F) Shady Shirlington Limousine connections to Wilkes & Wade as well to other government agencies.

Now it is being rumored that Foggo is under "federal criminal investigation," and will step down next week. NSA Director Gen. Michael V. Hayden is widely rumored to replace Goss.

Sorry for the humoungous post, but if the story pans, out which I think it will, we may see many, many, many influential people in Washington probed and indicted. I have a feeling that this is bigger then anything Washington has ever seen before, it could shake the very foundations of the nations capital. If played out in the manner it seems to be headed it could even be as worse to the country as a terror attack. If Goss's resignation is any inclination, I do believe the President of the United States, being as dumb as he is purported to be, has an idea of what's going on as well. I mean a President just doesn't accept a resignation from a man who has had the office for 2 years, yes even this President wouldn't do that.

Michelle Malkin lands in doo-doo

Interesting, over at Malkin's blog, she was receiving many threats after she published the contact info of Students listed in a Press Release from the Students Against War (SAW) coalition. These students, undergraduates, are from the University of California, Santa Cruz.

Apparently SAW was emphasizing the expulsion (or retreat in proper military terms) of Military Recruiters from the campus. As per a federal court case, or something like that, if a University/College gets federal dollars as part of their endowment and does not allow military recruiters on campus they loose their federal funding. However here, it is my understanding that they were "run off" campus by protesting students. I mean if I had a couple hundred people yelling at me, as is seen in this video [ok can't find the video anymore but it's out there], I would leave too. I don't know what the overall outcome is but I personally hope they lost whatever little funding I'm sure the university got.

Now over to Malkin's doo-doo, when she "simply" extracted and listed the student's contact info, from a document described "For Immediate Release," those SAW students began receiving threats. After they requested that Malkin take down their contact info, Malkin posted them again. Ethically (something I dabble little in) it was wrong for Malkin to post the contact info again, AFTER the students reported to her that they were receiving threats from her posting the emails. She should have respected the students no matter how crapped up their actions were.

But in any case, after Malkin proved in-cooperative, SAW mobilized student of their own to send similar threats to Malkin, and somehow her family. Being the good old Malkin she is, and as she states in her Contact page disclaimer, Malkin reposted the emails she received - with the contact info of the senders.

Well this is almost a month in old news, but I found the war - and tug, a bit interesting...and for a Friday I thought I would write down my thoughts about it. (Don't worry I did cool people stuff today too, like to go the beach, get starbucks, oh and go to class).

So 46 million Americans can pick up the phone to vote for their favorite American Idol. But 46 million (or there about at least a million) Americans can't pick up the phone to tell their local congress person, state senator, state legislative reprasentative, city council memeber, mayor, or governor what's bothering them.

Umm...

Uhhh.....

Yeah.

Yeah I reckon this country was founded by people who did absolutly nothing to create a change.
